Methodist Church built in 20th Century

A new beginning.... moving into the 21st Century

 

 

 

The Washburn United Methodist Church currently located at  4th Avenue and 6th Street has been home to Methodists sincethe mid 1880s.  Over the decades it has had many remodels, and celebrated countless weddings, baptisms, confirmations, potlucks  and funerals.  Wonderful memories are stored in it's history!

     Unfortunately, the walls won't stretch.... and we need more room.  This summer we broke ground for   a new building.  Our congregation  of about 160 members have agreed we need to update, and make our church more handicap accessable.
